The New Suit: starting at $5,000

Your brand is more than a logo so we will design a complete visual identity package that is tailored to your business’s individual needs. This package includes logo design, logo suite with file types for print and web, color palette, type selection, one pattern or icon set, brand reference sheet, and one set of social media templates. For an added fee, we can design various types of marketing templates using your new brand, and train you and your team how to use them!

The Storyteller: starting at $5,000

We will collaborate with you to design a custom report for your story. Our process includes two mood boards, each with a different design approach, to choose from. We also include a storyboard outlining the main points of the report along with ideas where we can use infographics instead of text. Once the report is designed, we will provide PDF files suitable for both print and on-screen and separate infographic files that can be repurposed for social media or presentations. Reports can be made to conform to Section 508 accessibility standards by request, at an additional fee.

For logo design packages, we will start with a Discovery Meeting where we do a deep dive into your business’s mission, vision, culture, competitors, audience, and what’s working and what’s not with your current brand. We follow this with aVision Meeting where we present two carefully curated mood boards with different design directions. We will use the chosen mood board as inspiration for the logo and visual identity design. At the Presentation Meeting, we will provide up to two logo design concepts and will refine the chosen concept. Finally, we will wrap up all of the files into a neat package so you’ll have everything at your fingertips.

For marketing templates, you’ll receive your beautiful finished product, complete with an easy-to-use training video or written reference guide so that anyone on your team can use the deliverables.

For reports, we follow a similar process. The Discovery Meeting is an initial discussion about the content and goals for the report. During the Vision Meeting, we will provide two mood boards with two different design directions to choose from. Each mood board includes a cover design and 1-2 interior page designs. We also provide a storyboard that identifies the main points of the story and where there are opportunities to create infographics instead of text.

We love collaborating with our clients and this is a perfect opportunity to get the project off on the right foot together. We review your content and make suggestions for where and how to highlight the main points of your message or where we can turn content into an infographic. During this phase, it is easy to make adjustments to the order of the content, the hierarchy, or suggested graphics. This streamlines the design process.

A mood board is a curated collage of photos, fonts, color, and design elements that evoke a certain style or mood. We offer 2 mood boards along with a storyboard so you can choose the design style up front. This will give you an idea of the design style before we even begin.

We offer three rounds of revisions for projects. If the project goes beyond three rounds, we will negotiate an additional fee to complete the project.

For reports, we ask for content in its final stages, as well as any photography and graphics. For content we accept Microsoft Word and Excel files. Photography should not be embedded in a Word file or pulled off the web without permission.
